Whether you have accordion shutters, Bahama shutters, colonials, Lexan panels, aluminum or fabric roll downs, make sure you care for them and they will take care of you.
Just a few of the things that should be done every year are:
- Clean the Tracks
- Lubricate the Tracks Operate the Shutters
- Check All Components
- Repair or Replace Worn or Faulty Parts
If you have motorized roll down, either aluminum or fabric, check the motors and the wiring, the tracks, the bottom bar and the seal to the pavers at the bottom.

Our service plan includes once per year thorough inspection of your screens and shutters by our expert and experienced service technicians. Don’t worry – we will remind you when the service is due. Our technicians will assess your hurricane protection products; make recommendations for cleaning and or necessary repairs; provide an estimate for parts and labor; and if possible, complete the work at the time of the initial visit.
The cost for the basic inspection is $150.
